Sunday Post: Can You Believe It's 2015!?

The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted @ Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It’s a chance to share news~ A post to recap the past week on your blog, showcase books and things we have received. Share news about what is coming up on our blog for the week ahead.

It's so strange that it's 2015. Whenever a New Year arrives I have to ask myself "Where did the time go?" So far I've been reading and exercising everyday so I'm pretty proud of myself. I've been also enjoying time with the family. Me, my mom, and my aunt went to see Into the Woods which was surprisingly funny and insightful at moments. I loved Rapunzel and her PRINCE

  1. Awesome that you have been getting in reading, exercise, and family time! What a great way to start 2015!

I have been spending time with family and doing some reading, but I am hoping now that the holidays are finished I will actually have a little more time to read. :)

  2. I really want to see Into The Woods so it's good to hear that you liked it. I have to read Ignite Me this year (I've been so behind on the series I start). I hope you enjoy your new books and have a great week!

    1. I'm very behind on some older series too so we are both in the same boat! Hope you enjoy both Into the Woods and Ignite Me once you've gotten the chance to see/read them.

  3. I took my daughter to see Into the Woods too. I really liked it! My favorite part was when the two princes sing "misery".

Congrats on all your reading, exercising, and family time! Family time is the best. My kids head back to school tomorrow and I'm sad. :(

    1. YES!!! That was my favorite part too. Everyone in the theater was laughing at that part - I think it's called "Agony" though.

Aww... well maybe you can get some reading squeezed and family time when they get home.

  4. It's just not really allowed to be 2015 okay!? I have a hard time even typing it since my finger drifts to the four instead, haha! Right, crap, bout of books is happening and I probably won't be able to do it this time around, argh! Stupid work! I wish you the best of luck with it yourself :D

    1. Haha!! Writing down a new year's date is always frustrating. I do the same thing and always have to remind myself that it's a different year now. Thanks! I have only this time before the next semester starts so I feel your pain.

  6. I am super pumped for bout out of books. I think it is going to be a great way to start off 2015. I agree, 2014 just flew by.

I really want to see Into The Woods! I keep getting a lot of mixed reviews on it though. :/

    Thanks for the shout out!

    1. I'm excited as well! It's a great kick off to the New Year.

I was worried because I saw the mixed reviews but honestly it's very enjoyable and fun. It's not a happily ever after type of movie but still is in a way. It's just not your typical fairy tale movie which is good.

      No problem (:

  8. It is so weird that I have to say last year for 2014. I keep thinking last year was 2013.

    1. *Shudders* I can't even think about the numbers 2013. It's always strange and weird to move up a year just like that.

  9. I've been eyeing the Shatter Me series. Looking forward to what you think of them. One of my goals this year is to get to those TBR books. I need a really long vacation. LOL

    1. I've already reread them for a while now. I tried to write a review after I finished the series but I know too much and failed haha (:
This is my vacation time so I'm reading as much as I can. I'm not really concerned with the books on my shelves if I'm not interested in reading them right now. I'm just going to read as much as I can and enjoy the ride.
