It's Monday! What Are You Reading? #20 | Changes in My Reading

It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? a place to meet up and share what you have been, and are about to be reading over the week. It’s a great post to organize yourself. It’s an opportunity to visit and comment and er… add to your groaning TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started on J Kaye’s blog and then was hosted by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn here at The Book Date.

What I Read Last Week

This was the start of me straying away from my monthly tbr list. I've already gone a little crazy with reading but it makes me happy. I plan on reading a lot of short reads.

Currently Reading

I started The Red Notebook on a whim which yay! I'm glad I'm doing that again. I'm almost halfway through and it's going well. There are a lot of oh, no! moments. I'm curious to see what happens to the main character and the woman whose red notebook is lost. It also happens to be the third book I've read set in France this month.

When We Found Home is a buddy read with my mom. She's kind of a slow reader so this will take some time. So far, it's not a good book but it is entertaining to read with my mom and that's all I could want. I am currently on chapter 9.

Up Next

I've been putting off Spin even though I really like the premise. I think it's because it's an ebook and not physical which I prefer. I got If I'm Being Honest from the library on Saturday and I'm dying to read it! I would consider it my most anticipated read in 2019 so it better be good! None of these are short reads I know. But, I'm sure I'll add them in between as they come in the library for me.
