This is my update post on how my Audiobook Challenge is going. I am going for Weekend Warrior (I'm Getting the Hang of This) 5 - 10 books. So far I have four books listened to so that means I only one more to go! I only started to listen to books this past May and none of them are on my list of books I wanted to listen to. Go figure.

Have you listened to any good books lately?
You are doing good. I recommend checking out Overdrive and selecting books by favorite authors.
ReplyDeleteI liked The Dispatchers by John Scalzi. Happy #GetSocial17!
ReplyDeleteThat's awesome progress :D The Hoyt one looks fun. I've not read her 2nd name yet. Happy listening!
ReplyDeleteYay! :) Congrats!
ReplyDeleteI keep forgetting to do my posts >.< #GetSocial17
Since I get (or I guess now I should say got) my audiobooks through the library, I was never able to make a list because it was always hit or miss if the next book I wanted would be available or if I'd have to wait for it. I have fallen in love with listening to audiobooks in the car, especially with my ridiculously long commute, so I've gotten through quite a few this year. One of my favorites was Ready Player One, narrated by Wil Wheaton. I was surprised how much I enjoyed it.
ReplyDeleteInteresting blog! Visiting from #getsocial17
ReplyDeleteGreat job with the challenge. The only audios I've ever listened too where the Harry Potter series. They are the best for road trips. Those where a long time ago. I haven't listened to any since. I'm just not big on audios, but I've been debating on trying them again.

I'm new to audiobooks, too. I sort of got into them when we moved last year. It helped pass the time of wrapping and boxing everything when I listened to a story play out. Now I only listen to them if I have a really long drive or when I walk the pup. Can't wait to see your thoughts on Perfected.
ReplyDeleteOhh Hoyt would be fun on audio

I love a good audio book. I really enjoyed The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind and All the Light We Cannot See on audio. I actually love lots of the audio books I have listened to- and only have a some that I didn't like the narrator. Good luck with the rest of your challenge. :)
