December Monthly Book Plans

Source
November is all done and gone and I actually completed what I wanted to as far as books... well I read comics like I said I would. That's something. I'm twenty-two now so that's a thing... I also started a challenge that's all about reading books with a royal theme. I pretty much made a challenge where you get to read princess books all the time if you want. This was my initial goal and it's going to be fun accomplishing it.

Before I get into my bookish plans I wanted to share what else I'll be doing this December. I'll be watching the Lizzie Bennet Diaries for the third time in a row. I won't be surprised if I finished it today to be honest. I completely love this series and kind of want to reread Pride and Prejudice just because. It took me forever to even try to read Pride and Prejudice and I'm looking forward to reading it again ~ books can do that to you.

Trust me. This is worth watching.

There is a musical artist that I've been listening to nonstop for months. Melanie Martinez has this dark, wonderful storyteller quality about her. I'd check her out if you don't mind graphic language mixed in. If you do you should watch her Carousel video. It's perfectly clean and delightfully weird.

Now on to the books!

The books I read this past November are:

I plan to read all the books from NetGalley that I have failed to read for a ridiculously long time and some more comics so I can finish my graphic novel and mana challenge. Speaking of which I've finally updated my challenge post for 2015 and as of now I've completed ten out of fourteen challenges! I should be able to complete two more not including my own Reading Road Tip Challenge original goal. I think I was a little too ambitious wanting to read fifty books from all the states but otherwise I've read a lot of books set in the U.S. so I kind of don't mind if I didn't complete my original goal.

Here are some of the books I plan to read in December:

What are you excited about this December?

    1. Thanks! I got annoyed that the print was so small with the last one.
      Haha ~ That's okay. It's really cute.
I'm surprised I did so well without trying for the last half of the year regarding challenges. I just wish I updated everything on the actual challenge link-ups.
Well, that's really the most important challenge isn't it?

  3. Adriana, the comic books you've read look good. And so do your December reads. Have a wonderful time with them, and your reading challenges! I especially like how vast your reading taste is. I'm like that sometimes (children's fiction, comics, heavy literature, classics, then non-fiction books on illustrating, well-being etc.).

    1. I try to read a wide range of books, but nonfiction is seriously something I need to read more. I can't help but love reading YA books mostly. Thank you!
