8-Favorite Quotes From Books

"What I need to survive is not Gale's fire kindled with rage and hatred. I have plenty of fire myself. What I need is the dandelion in the spring. The bright yellow that means rebirth instead of destruction. The promise that life can go on no matter how bad our losses. That it can be good again and only Peeta can give me that.
So after when he whispers,"You love me. Real or not real?"
I tell him, "Real." -Mockingjay

"I look up after the last chord and smile. I tell Anthony Barellan to shove it up his arse, and I see Dad clapping his hands off. I give him a little wave to show him it's okay to be happy. I give him a little smile to show him what it looks like." -A Little Wanting Song

"I found myself staring at her, which was stupid since I'd seen her a billion times. Still, she seemed so much more mature. It was kind of intimidating. I mean, sure, she'd always been cute, but she was starting to be seriously beautiful. -The Last Olympian

  1. Hey there..!
    Just saw your message on my blog..!
    I am following you already.
    Nice quotes b/w !

    1. I know I just put my blog link there so people will return the comment (:

  2. I love that Mockingjay quote! It's one of my favourites from the whole trilogy. :) I've heard great things about A Little Wanting Song and hope I can read it soon. I really enjoyed Crowley's Graffiti Moon!

    Thanks for visiting my blog. :)

    1. I actually should have also put the famous Finnick quote. It's just the funniest moment through the trilogy but the Catching Fire quote just makes me want to stand up and scream YEAH!

      A Little Wanting Song is one of my favorites if not the favorite book I've read this year. It's really worth reading. Everyone always comments on how they loved Graffiti Moon and they want to read A Little Wanting Song. It's the reverse for me :P

      No problem. You have a great blog :D

  3. Love these! I smiled at each one. :) Great quote from Mocking Jay- I forgot how awesome it was. Also- I love that part of The Last Olympian.

    1. Fantastic! That was the plan (;
      I know I have been wanting to reread The Hunger Games trilogy for awhile now. But then I know what it's going to do to me so I try to push down the urge. Eventually it will take over.
      That's one of my favorite parts from the Lightning Thief Series. I also love the part where he chooses Annabeth over something very big *wink wink*
