May 2012 Cover Love

How can I forget my Cover Loves for the month? Only read a couple of books last month but I still got some really great Cover Loves.

My Cover Loves for May are Fall for Anything by Courtney Summers, The Lying Game by Sara Shepard, and The Unusual Suspects by Michael Buckley.

Fall for Anything was a heavy book. Her father was a photographer as you can see from the cover. He killed himself and all his daughter wants to know is why? I really just want to draw her. It's calling me. It's just so perfect.

The Lying Game ended up being better than I thought. I don't know why I thought it wasn't going to be that great. Because it was on t.v.? I don't know. I watch everything. Things just kept on happening and you're like who IS THE KILLER!!!??? You never can know. If you think you know you are wrong because they will throw something at you completely from left field and you'll be like wait. What!? I know you guys know I like covers with faces so it shouldn't be surprised I picked this cover.

The Unusual Suspects has got to be my favorite cover at of all the Sisters Grimm. Why? Puck. Yep. You know it. Puck saving the day from some rabbits. A cover doesn't get better than that right? Plus who would think his PINK wings would look so great with that green background. I mean that's usually a hazard but Ferguson does a nice job.

  2. Awesome covers! All 3 of these are books that I want to read! Not only do they have great covers- but the stories sound amazing. I agree with you about Puck's wings and the background.
