I am finally making my way into my September Reading Wrap-Up in November! I am still working on past posts just like last month but I've got some time to work on them. November is always a good month to get things done since I am slowing down for the rest of the year as far as work and life. Although the Christmas shopping hasn't hit me yet.
You might be asking why I was reading summer books in Fall but I've had so many (and still do) picture books that I've had checked out from the library and been meaning to read. So after the biggest slump ever on September 26th, I finally read a bunch of picture books/early readers. I wanted them out of my house already! I also got to my book club read and a late ARC. I posted zero times in September but I just got to be smarter about how much work I put on myself in the future. I feel like I'm finally learning my limit and I am not going to be that coworker doing a million programs for no reason. I am going to really tone it down and work on weeding and making the library look nicer. I've actually given myself time to work on my own creative projects at home so it's been helping.
IN September I READ...
940 pages
1 Fantasy
1 Fiction
3 Picture Books
4 Early Readers
7 physical books
1 audiobooks
1 ebook
9 total books

My average rating this month was 3.72. My favorite book was The Last Hope School for Magical Delinquents. My least favorite was Once Upon a Zombie.
I hope to catch up soon with my posts. It just doesn't feel like it's almost the end of the year so time hasn gotten away from me. Wish me luck!
