Congrats on reading five books! That's awesome. I have one other book to review for ARC August and I'm hoping to finish a couple more by the end of the month. We'll see! These challenges are a great way to get ahead on things and stock pile some reviews.

Yes they are. I wish I got my arcs beforehand but I just got a couple I want to read right away. You used your ARC August time wisely (:
Delete5 books in a week!? Wow! I'm barely able to read 4 in a month if I'm lucky ha ha! Still, congrats! This is no easy feat :P I have to ask how you liked Throne of Glass though, it's always piqued my interest, but not enough to actually pick it up :/ Also, I saw The BFG with my kiddos! It was a cute tale, I bet the book is so much better :)
ReplyDeleteI'm planning on reviewing Throne of Glass soon and I'll add The BFG to my list. I wish I saw the movie beforehand because I think it would have had me enjoying the book much more.
DeleteThe movie is, though charming, wasn't all that great; in fact, my hubby fell asleep during the film! I can't help but assume, from your response, that the book is just as monotone, bummer :/
