ReplyDeleteI do drink my water plain. I actually drink a lot of water easily without adding anything if I have it near me. I don't realize that I've drunken all my water until it's gone.
DeleteYou are doing way better than me at drinking water and walking this week! I am trying so hard to drink more. Buying a cute water bottle helped a lot. Good luck next week!
ReplyDeleteMy water bottle has helped me a lot lately too. It's 32 oz so I just have to fill it up twice and I meet my goal of 60 oz of water a day (:
