#FitReaders: This post will be for my last two weeks of exercise. Sadly I didn't do any running or workout videos but I was able to get a great amount of walking done which before FitReaders I never would have. I just need to work a little harder and get running and strength training in again. I also need to focus on eating more to gain weight.

Walking is better than nothing, and you still got some good hours. I also have been doing more walking than running lately.
ReplyDeleteI will always be doing more walking than running just because I'm trying to build up my stamina for running and it's taking such a long time.

ReplyDeleteI got more walking in last week, which is good. I do need to drink more water. Some days I am great- but so many days I do not drink enough.

What works for me is always having water near me. I naturally go for a drink and it's empty before I know it.
DeleteWhat a good amount of walking! Walking is a super healthy thing to do. :) I try to walk every day for at least 30 minutes. Anyway... I don't drink enough water and I feel like no matter what I do I never will, but I am going to keep trying.
ReplyDeleteTry having a cup of water wherever you go or a water bottle. It helps a lot as far as drinking more water goes.
DeleteMy work is pretty physical so I move, lift boards, nail (I don't know how wielding a nail gun is a type of fitness). I like the idea of being fit, but to be honest, I don't follow this dream as much as I should. My dog tells me I should take him for more walks. :-)

Haha (: My dogs are now benefiting from my fitness goals. They walked with me three times last week. None so far this week but I blame the weather.
