#FitReaders: April 3rd Check-In


#FitReaders: This post will be for my last two weeks of exercise. Sadly I didn't do any running or workout videos but I was able to get a great amount of walking done which before FitReaders I never would have. I just need to work a little harder and get running and strength training in again. I also need to focus on eating more to gain weight. 

Walk/Run:
None!

Walk:

7 hours and 50 minutes

  1. Walking is better than nothing, and you still got some good hours. I also have been doing more walking than running lately.

    1. I will always be doing more walking than running just because I'm trying to build up my stamina for running and it's taking such a long time.

    1. Oh yeah, I never looked at it that way. It was mostly two days of walking for an incredibly long time :P

  4. Awesome job walking! That is excellent progress. :)

    I got more walking in last week, which is good. I do need to drink more water. Some days I am great- but so many days I do not drink enough.

    1. What works for me is always having water near me. I naturally go for a drink and it's empty before I know it.

  5. What a good amount of walking! Walking is a super healthy thing to do. :) I try to walk every day for at least 30 minutes. Anyway... I don't drink enough water and I feel like no matter what I do I never will, but I am going to keep trying.

    1. Try having a cup of water wherever you go or a water bottle. It helps a lot as far as drinking more water goes.

  6. My work is pretty physical so I move, lift boards, nail (I don't know how wielding a nail gun is a type of fitness). I like the idea of being fit, but to be honest, I don't follow this dream as much as I should. My dog tells me I should take him for more walks. :-)

    1. Haha (: My dogs are now benefiting from my fitness goals. They walked with me three times last week. None so far this week but I blame the weather.
