I'm happy to say that I'm hosting a mini challenge for the 2nd annual Love for Books Readathon hosted by Jessi over at Novel Heartbeat! This mini challenge let's you tap into your creative side.
The Challenge:
Create a poem about a book character you either love or love to hate.
There are many different types of poems you can work with or you can simply write a poem that rhymes throughout. Be as creative as you can be and have fun!
The Prize:
The winner of this mini challenge will be announced on Valentine's Day! The winner will be able to pick a book from the list below. They all of course have romance in them.
For Darkness Shows the Stars - Graffiti Moon - How Zoe Made Her Dreams (Mostly) Come True - Monstrous Beauty - What Happened to Goodbye - Leap of Faith - Arcadia Awakens - My Faire Lady - Wanderlove
After you have submitted your link let me know in the comments which book you would like to receive and why.
This is clever, I will share around the sphere :)

ReplyDeleteI just put my post up. I had a blast doing this challenge! I was really hesitant at first because I don't really read or write much poetry - but it wasn't as hard as I thought. I actually surprised myself, my haikus turned out better than I expected! Thanks for hosting such a fun challenge!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a fun challenge with a good prize (books make excellent prizes). Off sharing this!
ReplyDeleteI posted mine :) I did it on Miles from Ugly Love. I had just finished reading the book and thought, why not?
ReplyDeleteOh I just saw that we should comment which book we want and why. Okay, so I had seen a WHIIIIILE ago For Darkness Shows the Stars and I just adored the cover and then the stoey, I remember I was interested in it but then I forgot all about the book and seeing it here seems like a great opportunity...this book is possibly the reason why I entered the giveaway haha
