Last year I had so many plans to exercise all the time but I never scheduled time in or had a way that I would be held accountable. So in order to keep me motivated I'm joining the #FitReaders which will have me posting weekly my fitness achievements. In addition to jogging and walking I'll be posting some videos that I exercised with and how I felt I did.
