Overview:
Bernard lives at the zoo and his favorite pastime there is naptime but Bernard's snoring disturbs everyone. Try as he might he can't find a place where he can rest. His moving seems hopeless until his otter family tell him to come back telling him they miss him and his snoring.
Review:
Bernard's got himself in a bind! No one wants him around and I was just feeling for him although if I had someone snoring loudly next to me I wouldn't be too happy either. You feel bad for Bernard no matter how loudly he snores. Each place he goes animals yell at him to STOP SNORING! He gets more tired the longer he goes without sleep. The animals telling Bernard to stop snoring is a good way for kids to get into the book shouting with the animals. In the end the otters, who adorably hold hands so they don't float away from each other while sleeping, want him back because they couldn't sleep without him. It was a sweet book with an interactive feel for kids. It also goes to show you that saying is true - sometimes you can't live with someone but you also can't live without them.

DeleteThese easy throat exercises defeated the most stubborn snoring and sleep-apnea the very first night.

I couldn’t believe it.
I did these simple throat exercises for three minutes in the morning and hardly snored at all the next night.
A few nights later, my snoring was gone entirely and has never returned.
That was after being a chronic snorer for decades (you know, the kind that would almost wake up the neighbors).
I was even diagnosed with sleep apnea (which scared the life out of me).
Anybody can do these throat exercises, no matter age or physical shape. And you need no extra gadgets.
Best of all, you can do them almost anywhere (while stuck on a red light or watching TV).
I made the following short video to explain the exercises in more detail.
They have helped thousands of people, so I hope you’ll give them a try.
This short video explains the easy exercises in details. You can start using them within 10 minutes from now (right where you’re sitting) and treat your snoring as soon as tonight.
I think I can hear them from here. It sounds like a great read. ;-)
ReplyDeleteXD What you said was adorable.
DeleteI actually thought I was on A Monster Calls but still cute (:
DeleteAwww, I love that they hold hands to keep from floating away <3 I'm not a fan of the illustrations but I may get this one out anyways because it sounds so stinkin adorable!
