#FitReaders 2015


Last year I had so many plans to exercise all the time but I never scheduled time in or had a way that I would be held accountable. So in order to keep me motivated I'm joining the #FitReaders which will have me posting weekly my fitness achievements. In addition to jogging and walking I'll be posting some videos that I exercised with and how I felt I did.   1. What a great goal! I need to exercise more, too. It always gets to be the end of the night and the kids are in bed and I'm too exhausted to do anything but crawl in bed and read!

    1. I can understand where you are coming from. I'm always too tired to do anything or too busy but I want to make exercising a priority next year finally.
