#FitReaders: I did so bad this week! I didn't even record everything like I wanted so I have an overall weekly exercise of walking 70 min and water intake of 276 oz of water. I'm really angry at myself that I didn't do more but I'm just going to have to kick it up a notch this week. I guess school caught up with me? Whatever, I'm going to do awesome next time around.
