I did get in 20 minutes of running/walking yesterday and this was a good reminder that I need to get at least 20 minutes in today. I already drank about 20 ounces of water- so I should go have another and get ready to walk soon. On the fitnes...I need to drink lots of water too. <br /><br />On the fitness front, I have been working out and watching what I eat. I'm also making humongous efforts in cutting back on carbs and getting more fiber. My frustration lies on the fact that instead of losing weight, I've gained!! <br /><br />I'm pissed not because I want to be skinny, but it's hard to move with all that extra weight.
