Previous Goal: Be jogging 7 minutes straight by next check-in (Missed by one day) I finished this today outdoors and learned a lot. I need to change up my form, actually stretch, and start learning how to breathe. My brother says to jog on my tip toes so I'm going for it tomorrow.

    1. It really is! It's also just nice to go for walks or bike rides on the weekends which is what I've been doing lately.
