Books on Her Mind Weekly Recap #1

This past week I got nasty sick with a cold to where I missed two classes which makes me cringe thinking about it.

I'm finally feeling better so I'm trying to comment more and be more active on the blog.

As you might already notice I got yet another new look. I'm constantly changing or never satisfied with my look so it was bound to happen sooner or later. I'm pretty happy with the look and I don't have to worry that all the pictures align to the left so everything's good.

While I was sick I got to read a good amount of books especially when my head stopped pounding. I always love team challenges on the YA Buddy Read group I participate in. They always encourage me to read more. Hopefully, I'll get caught up with reviews this month along the way.

Also, I'll be participating in the Valentine's Day Reading Challenge for fun this week.

  1. I like the look! And more reading time is about the only good thing about being sick- seems like a lot of stuff going around right now. Hope you feel better this week.

    1. I do feel much better compared to Wednesday. The change from cold weather and warm weather and now it's cold again. I'm not that surprised I got sick.

      You too!

  2. Wow, you have your whole bloggy week planned out! I was doing so well on scheduling ahead and now I'm falling behind. I don't know why either because I have MORE time for the most part. haha I am reading a lot though, so that's a plus. Sorry you were sick but that's great you're doing better and got some nice books read.

    1. Whenever I have a lot of time I don't plan or miss so many days posting what I want. I'm more buckled down with everything now that I have a lot to do. It's a strange phenomena.

  4. So sorry to hear that you have been sick. Glad you are feeling better! At least you got a lot of reading in. :) I just finished reading Inkdeath. I had started the series a couple years ago, but never read the next two books. I finally got to them! :) Looks like you have been reading some great books!
