FitReaders: I'm still slowly getting used to exercising more regularly. My class is over within about two weeks. I can't make excuses for myself then and I shouldn't now either. I need to get up and start running. You can do this!

  1. I need to drink lots of water too.

    On the fitness front, I have been working out and watching what I eat. I'm also making humongous efforts in cutting back on carbs and getting more fiber. My frustration lies on the fact that instead of losing weight, I've gained!!

    I'm pissed not because I want to be skinny, but it's hard to move with all that extra weight. Ugh!

    1. Well, maybe it's your sugar intake that's the problem? If you are eating more fruits and vegetables you can't go wrong. You will figure it out. I really had to listen to my body throughout these months and I'm eating better now. Good luck!

  3. I had a harder time walking this week- because my schedule was so hectic. I did get in 20 minutes of running/walking yesterday and this was a good reminder that I need to get at least 20 minutes in today. I already drank about 20 ounces of water- so I should go have another and get ready to walk soon. Great motivation. :)
