#FitReaders: May 29th 2015 Check-In



#FitReaders: Major improvement in my water intake and a small improvement in my exercise. I'm going to try slowly but surely to get back to the amount I was doing earlier this year.

Saturday, May 16th, 2015:

Monday, May 18th, 2015:

Tuesday, May 19th, 2015:

25 minutes of walking

Wednesday, May 20th, 2015:

Thursday, May 21st, 2015:

25 minutes of walking
32 oz of water

  1. I did not sign up for this but the posts are motivating me to work out! I've been good excercising, I'm just frustrated that I'm not losing weight! Gah!

    1. Losing weight I've heard has always been mostly about your diet. Working out only makes you lose around 100 to 200 calories based on what I have been doing with the videos. Don't calorie restrict! It's not good for your body. You might want to find favorite fruits and substitute them for some calories you eat everyday or for a snack. This is just what I've heard around. I'm not doing it for the weight loss so I'm not researching it intensely. I know though that everyone loses very little weight in a normal atmosphere like a pound a week or less from what I seen on the other FitReader bloggers.

      I'll be definitely be keeping this cycle going (:
