It's Monday! What Are You Reading? #4

Weekly meme hosted by Book Journey
So it's been a while but this meme will be a permanent feature for the foreseeable future especially since I've got my posts planned out. So I hope you enjoy the wonderful books I read and reviewed for the new year. I plan on having discussion posts as well every Wednesday plus a new meme that I will be starting up next week.

Past Week Reviews

A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens is a classic to remind us the meaning of Christmas.

Book Club Read

We are just starting the last book in this trilogy. The trilogy hasn't been the best experience ever with the fast and rushed writing style as well as a story that probably could be better planned... There have been some highlight moments. It just takes a while to get to them. I'm hoping the conclusion of this trilogy is satisfactory and I honestly really want to read another book for my book club already. I actually just found out that it's not a trilogy. A new book is coming out next year.…

In Other News: Another Challenge...

I love how I am committing to all these challenges but did horrible for 2012's challenges. I am keeping track in a page which I will post up soon plus in a group on Goodreads. This one is perfect because all you have to do is read whatever you like plus you can win prizes for the best participants in each quarter. Guess who will definitely be on the top of that list. Well, hopefully because those other people can be reading 50 books a month for all I know. So without further ado the challenge:

Hosted by: Kimberly's Bookshelf
Levels:
Latte: 75 books
Cappuccino: 100 books
Double Espresso: 150+ books

I will be going for the Cappuccino Level.

There will be a new post each month with a linky for reviews. Quarterly reader gifts! goes to the top three participants. Also, at the end of the challenge there will be a special bonus for the top three overall participants. All the other basic rules apply. Any format, it's year round, and it can cross-over with other challenges.

2013: The Year of Awesome Books

So I've discovered a whole bunch of great books that I can get at my library published from 2007-2012. I was looking through Young Adult books from 2012 down and the last book that I thought I wanted to read was published in 2007. So I want to show you all the potential books I want to read and I would love to read what you think about them. Here they are:
